Minimum ignition temperature of meager lean coal for BF injection ZHA NG Junyan,SONG Cunyi,WANG Liying,JIN Yanhui Civil and Environmental Engineering School.University of Science and Technology Beijing.Beijing 100083.China ABSTRACI In view of safety the elementary and industrial analyses of coal samples were conducted,a systematic experiment was performed to investigate the minimum ignition temperature(MIT)of Zhangcun and Changcun meager-lean coal in a G-G furnace,and the effect of dust concentration,spray-air pressure and dust particle size on the MIT was analyzed.The results show that the TIM increases with the decrease of dust concentration and the increase of spray-air pressure and dust particle size.A linear regression was conducted and the functional relationship was found,which can afford reference for the security of meager- lean coal's industry application. KEY WORDS blast furnace injection;meager-lean coal;minimum ignition temperature (TIM);explo- sion properties;mathematical model Crystallization kinetics of (Nio.75Fe0.25)78-xNb:Si10B12(x=0,5)amorphous al- loys CHEN Xueding,WEI Hengdou,WANG Xiaojun State Key Laboratory of Advanced New Non ferrous Materials,Lanzhou University of Technology.Lanzhou 730050.China ABSTRACT Amorphous ribbons of (Nio.75Fe0.25)7-x Nb,Si10B12(x=0,5)were prepared by a single roller melt-spinning technique in air atmosphere.The crystallization kinetics of the alloys were investigated by means of continuous heating,and the activation energies of the alloys were calculated using Kissinger plot method and Ozawa plot method on the basis of differential thermal analysis data.The crystallization products were analyzed by X-ray diffraction.After the (Nio.75Fe0.25)78Si10Bi2 amorphous alloy was an- nealed at the temperatures 715 and 745K,a single phase of (Fe,Ni)solid solution with grain sizes of about 10.3 and 18.5nm,respectively,precipitates in the amorphous matrix.The crystallized phases are Y (Fe,Ni)solid solution,FezSi,NiSi,and FesB after annealing at 765 K.The (Nio.7sFe0.25)73NbsSi B12 amorphous alloy was annealed at 720,750,and 800K:and the crystallization phases,(Fe,Ni)sol- id solution,(Fe,Ni)23B6,Ni31Si12 and Nb2NiBo.16 form simultaneously.
