(2)压射比压和压射冲头速度对 A356 铝合 金浆料的充填性影响较大 ,较高的压射比压和压 射冲头速度有利于半固态 A356 铝合金获得良好 的充填性 .在本实验条件下, 压射比压越大, 充填 性越好;压射冲头速度越大,充填性越好 . (3)试片的壁厚也对半固态 A356 铝合金浆 料的充填性影响较大 .试片壁厚越大 , 越容易充 填,充填性越好 ;而试片壁厚越小, 越不容易充填, 充填性越差.
