E mail:fushuan.w en@gmail.com [I】洪兰秀.互联区域电网AGC模式研究与仿真[D.杭州:浙江 Three stage Frequency Bias Coefficient and Its Application in Frequency Control of Interconnected Power System WEN Li',WAN G Jian2,CH EN Minghui',WEN F ushuan3 (1.South China University of Technology.Guangzhou 510640,China: 2.Electricity Dispatching Communicat ion Center,China Southern Power Grid,Guangzhou 510623.China; 3.Zhejiang University,Hangzhou 310027,China) Abstract:In the frequency cont rol of interconnected power systems,the fixed ooefficient method is generally employed to set the frequency bias coefficient B.In this methodologicalframework,the automat ic generation cont rol (AGC)regulating quantity cannot accurately track the system power bias,and as a result the frequency overshoot/undershoot and even frequency stability could be severe issues.Given this background and considering the fac that different setting values of the primary frequency cont rol dead zones are employed in thermal units and hydro units,a three stage B-oefficient met hod is present ed,with an objective of obtaining a better system regulation performance and more accurately tracking system power bias.China Southern Pow er Grid is employed to demonstrate the developed method by simulation studies and on site testing,and it is shown by both simulation and orr site results that the three stage B coefficient method could significant ly reduce the frequency overshoot/ undershoot problem,improve the frequency quality as well as the frequency control performance of interconnected power systems. This work is supported by National Mega project of Science Research for the 11th Five year Plan (No.2008BAA13B10) Key words:int erconnected power systems;frequency control;frequency bias coefficient:three stage (上接第58页continued from page58) Mechanism and Risk Control Strategies for Trans regional and Trans provincial Power Exchange SHAN G Jincheng (Henan Grid Power Exchange Center.Zhengzhou 450052,China) Abstract:The development of trans regional and trans provincial power exchange is one of the important measures to opt imize energy resources nationwide.First,the basic implications and principles are put forward for the trans regional and trans provincial pow er exchange,and the general idea,the trading mechanism and patterns,4 kinds of power price mechanism and 7 kinds of trading patterns are proposed.The trading models and algorit hms for the trans regional and trans provincial power ex change aimed to opt imize public welfare and the efficiency of optimized and fair resource allocat ion as well as to maximize the transad ion volume are considered from the systemat ic and practical point of view.The model for coordination betw een bilateral trade and call auction mechanism for trans regional and t rans provincial pow er exchange are constructed.Finally,all kinds of risks for the agent mechanism of trans regional and trans provincial power exchange are dealt with.
