D0I:10.13374/i.issm1001053x.1992.01.021 第14卷第1期 北京科技大学学报 Vol.14 No.1 1992年1月 Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing Jan.1992 合成渣包裹铝丝脱氧的研究 金山同·赵俊学·姜钧普·尹弘斌· 摘要：合成渣包表铝丝脱氧是钢水影氧工艺的一种新的尝试。它吸收了最新脱氧技术 和炉外精炼技术的长处，具有较优越的脱氧性能。实验研究表明：在相同条件下，使用包裹 铝丝的终氧含量比无包裹铝丝脱氧低'40一300PPm,夹杂个数和平均粒径分别减少226个和 1.μm,脱疏率同时可达50%。 关键词：合成渣，脱氧，丝 Studies on the Deoxidization of Steel with AWF Jin Shantong.Zhao Junxue Jiang Junpu'Yin Hongbin ABSTRACT:Calcium aluminate-based fluxes are widly used nowadays in refi- ning of steels because molten calcium aluminate enhances the extent of deoxi- dization of liquid steel and has a high sulphide capacity.By means of this fact, a new deoxidant of steel in which aluminium wire is wraped with high Cao content flux (AWF)is used in this study.Compared with the deoxidizing re- sults of aluminium alone in liquid steel,it is concluded that the final oxygen content is lowered 40-300 ppm,the number and size of inclusions decrease by 226 and 1.9um respcctively.At the same time,the desulphurization ratio rea- ches 50%.
