D01:10.13374.isml00103x.2009.B.B8 第31卷第3期 北京科技大学学报 Vol.31 No.3 2009年3月 Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing Mar.2009 硫化氢环境下两种不锈钢的应力腐蚀开裂行为 刘智勇 董超芳李晓刚王立贤郅青梁平 北京科技大学腐蚀与防护中心北京市腐蚀.磨蚀与表面技术开放实验室,北京100083 摘要用U形弯试样浸泡和慢应变速率拉仲实验研究了3Cr17Ni7Mo2SN和00Cr22Ni5Mo3N(2205)不锈钢在硫化氢介质 中的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为.2205不锈钢的SCC萌生孕育期较长.在pH较低的饱和H2S溶液中具有明显的SCC敏感性. 其SCC敏感性随溶液pH值的升高或H2S含量的降低而迅速降低.3Cr17Ni7Mo2SiN的SCC孕育期均低于2205不锈钢,在 pH≤4.5、HS的质量浓度103mgL1的HS介质中均具有明显的SCC敏感性,其SCC敏感性受pH值和HS含量变化影 响较小.3Cr17N7Mo2SiN的SCC以沿品裂纹萌生,扩展后转变为穿晶应力腐蚀开裂:2205不锈钢近表面处首先发生奥氏体一 铁素体相间氢致开裂并促进SCC萌生.其SCC为穿晶应力腐蚀开裂. 关键词不锈钢:硫化氢:应力腐蚀开裂:慢应变速率拉伸 分类号TG142.71 Stress corrosion cracking behaviour of two stainless steels in hydrogen sulfide envi- ronment LIU Zhi-yong,DONG Chao-fang.LI Xiao-gang.WANG Li-xian.ZHI Qing,LIANG Ping Corrosion and Protection Centen University of Science an Technology Beijing:Beijing Key Lab of Corrosion Erosion and Surface Techniqe,Beijing 100083 China ABSTRACT Stress corrosion cracking (SCC)of 3Cr17Ni7Mo2SiN and 00Cr22N i5 Mo3N (2205)stainless steels in acidic hy drogen sulfide solutions wasinvestigated by slow strain rate tensile test and U-bent specimen immersing test.The time to SCC failure of 2205 stainless steel w as much longer than that of 3Cr17Ni7Mo2SiN stainless sted.2205 stainless steel was highly susceptible to SCC at a lower pH level in saturated H2S solution and its SCC susceptibility sharply decreased with increasing pH value or decreasing H2S con centration in solution.3Cr17Ni7Mo2SiN stainless steel show ed a high susoeptibility to SCC in solution with a H2S ooncentration high- er than 10 mg'L and pHs4.5.However the susceptibility varied slightly with the change of pH value and H2S concentration. SCC of 3Cr17Ni7Mo2SiN stainless steel initiated in an intergranular mode w hich transformed into transgranular cracking as the SCC propagated further.For 2205 stainless steel SCC originated at the place w here hy drogen-induced cracking (HIC)oocur red along the ferrite austenite matrix boundaies firstly,and then propagated transgranularly.
