( 2)随着内锥桶转速的提高, 成形件内部初生 α--Mg晶粒逐渐变得细小, 形态趋于圆整 .当转速为 700r·min -1时, 成形件组织较好, 平均晶粒尺寸约 45 μm, 形状因子约 0.81;剪切温度较低时, 铸件具 有较好的组织形态, 初生 α--Mg趋于圆整、分布均 匀, 但较低的剪切温度会使浆料的流动性变差, 给随 后的输送及压铸成形带来困难, 因此选择合理的剪 切温度范围至关重要 .
