天目山穹宇萤的活动与自然发光规律及其对单色光刺激的反应 天目山穹宇萤的活动与自然发光规律及其对单色光刺 激的反应 杨立峰张晴柔张郑宇”赵倩茹“赵祥 (复旦大学生命科学学院,上海200433) 摘要:以往的实验观察表明,萤火虫的夜晚活动及其发光有一定的变化规律,在日落后一小 时达到发光和活动高峰:部分种类的萤火虫对外界单色光的刺激能做出闪光反应。为了进一 步验证与研究上述的观察结果,我们在天目山对萤科昆虫穹宇萤进行了实地观察与研究。我 们采用的方法是从日落开始,每隔15分钟对观测区域内的自然发光的萤火虫数量以及萤火 虫总数进行计数,每次计数1分钟,连续记录三个1分钟;待发光规律稳定后,再变成每隔 30分钟进行计数。另外,在日落后1小时内,我们还利用单色光绿光、红光、黄光和蓝光 以及白光对萤火虫进行光刺激,观察萤火虫的反应。实验结果表明,穹宇萤在日落后1小时 内活动最强,发光最频繁,之后活动与发光频率逐渐下降:绿光、红光和黄光刺激可以引起 穹宇萤的闪光回应,蓝光和白光无法引起穹宇萤的闪光回应,先用黄光刺激在用白光刺激会 引起穹宇萤闪光的停止。城市光污染会影响萤火虫的正常繁殖活动,引起萤火虫的绝灭。 关键词:方差分析,自然发光数,萤火虫总数,光污染 The activities and natural flashing and the response to monochromatic light stimulus of Pygoluciola qingyu in Tianmu Mountain Lifeng Yang, Qingrou Zhang2, Zhengyu Zhang, Qianru Zhao, Xiang Zhao School of life Sciences, Fudan University, Shanghai, P.R.
