Linda Dano(born Linda Rae Wildermuth on May 12, 1943) is a well-knowr American soap opera actress, a long-time performer in daytime dramas, and best-selling author and businesswoman. She played the role of a romance novelist from 1982 to 1999 on Another World, a telev ision sop opera that ran on the nbC network from May 4, 1964 to June 25, 1999. Her role on Another World won her the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actress in 1993.
