《医学统计学》教学大纲 一、课程一般信息 课程编号:01.192.0.1 课程名称:医学统计学(Medical Statistics) 开课学院:公共健康学院预防医学教研室 课程类型:专业基础课 学分:2.5分 学时:36学时 前期课程:医学生物学、医学病原生物学、生物化学、生理学、病理学等医学基础课程。 授课对象:生物医学工程,中医学(5+3一体化)专业学生 二、课程简介 医学统计学是应用概率论和数理统计的基本原理和方法,研究医学研究中数据的收集、整理和分析、 并需要借助于计算机技术、统计学软件来实现的一门应用学科,是医学生的一门基础课程,是医学研究 中数据处理必不可少的一门工具学科。通过本课程的学习,可以培养学生基本的医学科研设计的能力、 数据分析的能力和解决实际问题的能力,对于医学生顺利阅读科研文献、正确进行课题设计、正确处理 科研数据和总结撰写科研报告,成为实践型、创新型人才具有非常重要的意义。 本课程主要讲授的内容有:医学统计学基本概念、资料的类型、统计工作的步骤、研究设计基础、 各种类型资料的统计描述、参数估计、假设检验、t检验、方差分析、x2检验、秩和检验、直线相关 与直线回归分析、统计表和统计图等基本的统计学知识和常用的统计分析方法,并理论联系实际,结合 SPSS统计软件的应用、案例分析、微课程等进行教学,所有讲授内容均在机房进行。 本课程的考核方式为平时成绩和期末考试相结合,平时成绩占30%,主要根据考勤、作业和案例讨 论等来评定,期末考试占总成绩的70%,形式为上机考试。 Medical statistics is an applied discipline which use the basic principles and methods of probability theory and mathematical statistics to study the medical data collection,collation and analysis based on the usage of computer and statistical software.It's a basic course for medical students and an essential tool for data processing in medical research.Through the study of this course,students can achieve the basic ability of design of medical Research,the ability of data analysis and the ability to solve practical problems.It can help medical students to read literature successfully,to design the project correctly,and to process scientific research data accurately and to write complete the related research report.So it's really significant for them to become a practical and innovative talents. The main contents of this course are:the basic concepts of medical statistics,the type of data,the steps of statistical work,the basis of design,statistical description of various types of data,parameter estimation, hypothesis test,t test,analysis of variance,x test,Rank-transformed nonparametric test,linear correlation and linear regression analysis,statistical tables and charts.These are fundamental statistical knowledge and commonly used statistical analysis methods.These are taught in computer room via theory with practice. combined with SPSS statistical software application,case analysis and micro-courses.
