There were 20 chicks in each group. Newcastle vaccines (0. 2ml/ chick)were injected to cervical subcutaneous of control, and treatment was not only injected Newcastle vaccines, but also fed sustained-release compound immunopotentiator (1 particle/ chick) Treat ment were noticeably higher(P<0. 01) than control in Newcastle disease(ND) HI antibody valence, rate of ERFC and positive ratio of ANAE after detected in 10, 20, 30 and 40 d; in addition, the growth of relative weight of the immune organs on treatment could be obviously promoted, compared with control, and ratio of chicken bursa and spleen also did, but the difference of them was not obvious( P>0. 05).
