.D0I:10.13374/j.issnl001-053x.1987.s2.016 北京钢铁学院学报 1987年2月 Journal of Beijing University SPecia】issue 专辑1 of Iron and Steel Technology No.1,1987.2 含铌铁水连续处理过程硅一铌分离 氧化的数学模拟 王新华 周荣章林宗彩 (钢铁冶金专业) 摘 要 作者从连续式反应器体系中，反应速度与反应介质在反应器内停留时间这一某本矛盾出发，用数学筷型对含 锟铁水连获处理脱硅阶段的硅一铌分离氧化过程进行模拟，同时预报铁水和炉液中多个组元的行为，并对影响硅 一铌分离程度的主要因素进行了分析讨论，由模型得到的结果与实际过程相吻合。 关健词，数学模型，含铌铁水处理，税硅 Simulation of the Si-Nb Selective Oxidation in the Continuous Treatment of the Nb-bearing Hot Metal Wang Xinhua Zhou Rongzhang Lin Zoncai Abstract Based on the relation between the reaction rate and the residence time of the fluid in continuous reactor,a mathematical model is applied to simulate the Si-Nb selective oxidation of the Nb-bearing hot metal in continuous hot metal treatment process,predicting the behaviour of several components in metal and slag simultaneously and studying the effects of some important factors on the degree of the selective oxidation.The result of the calculation is in a good agreement with the experimental data.
