The results for the analyzed units of the business groups in figure 4 show an overall maturity level ranging below maturity level 3. Although all units participated in the Process Initiative and have implemented Business Process Management it shows that it is quite some effort in terms of time, resources, and people involved to achieve organizational performance. Also, one has to keep in mind that due to the method of measurement the overall maturity level cannot be higher than the lowest aturity level a more detailed by a radar chart showing achievement for each category.
