有可能成为有爱心、有同情心、乐于助人的人。而良好的班风是加强团结、统一意志的凝聚 力。只有培养出集体的归属感和自豪感,以后步入社会时才能找准自己的位置,做出有益于 集体和社会的抉择;其次,老师在教育教学中要注意鼓励学生积极的情绪,引导和改善消极 的情绪,在注重知识传授的同时更加注重学生的感受;最后,教师应当以身作则,表现出良 好的精神面貌,以自身的积极情绪引领班上的气氛。虽然道德教育主要在学校完成,但是我 们要尽量做到学校-家庭-社会一体化。从家庭层面看待学生的道德教育,就是要加强学校 教育与家庭教育的配合,以更好发挥学校道德教育的效果。而从社会层面上来说,就是要营 造良好的社会环境以支持良好的道德情感的发展。诚然,学校、家庭、社会合为一体,才能 保证学生在家庭、学校、社会接受到目标一致的教育,并真正学以致用,最终成为一个有德 行,能够适应社会的人。 参考文献 [1]Haidt, J.
