( 2) 光谱分析实验证明, 8HQ 与铝离子鳌合后 荧光强度大大增强, 并且在一定范围内 AlQ3 荧光 强度随铝离子浓度的增加而增强. ( 3) 利用聚乙烯醇将 8HQ 附着于铝合金试样 表面, 试样经腐蚀后发生腐蚀的区域可在紫外线照 射下呈现出荧光现象, 主要现象为整个试样在蓝色 背景下出现荧光绿色斑点 ;随着腐蚀程度的加深, 荧 光区域扩大, 荧光现象增强. ( 4) 在腐蚀过程中, 通过光学显微镜观测发现, 荧光斑点下对应区域有腐蚀发生, 腐蚀状况在可见 光下用肉眼很难观测到.腐蚀结束后, 剥去涂层, 原 先荧光斑点区域用肉眼可见明显腐蚀, 而原先未出 现荧光的区域并无明显腐蚀发生.
