We first establish a framework for discussing and comparing healthcare systems: using data taken from the World Health Organization, we use this framework to rank the systems of the U.S., Sweden, and Nigeria. Our rankings agree with previous studies. Using a probabilistic model incorporating economic factors, we inves- egy to improve its rank.
