One is relative to magnetism,electricity and the size of sample,another is relative to the adapted structure of magnetic core and conductive layer (structure factor),and to sample shape (shape factor n).The analysis indicates that the thinner the covered conductive layer is,the greater the calorific power generated by the conductor gets. KEY WORDS composite wire of magnetic core with conductive layer;magneto-calorific effect;structure factor;shape factor 舟舟舟舟守舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟☆舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟舟中中舟舟舟舟舟☆舟 (上接71页) Microstructure and Magnetic Properties of Nanocomposite Pr,Fe,B/a-Fe Hard Magnetic Alloys by Dy and Nb Substitutions Wang Zuocheng Zhou Shouzeng Qiao Yi Zhang Maocai Gao Xuexu Zhao Qing Wang Run State Key Laboratory for Advanced Metals and Materials.Materials Sciences and Engineering School,Beijing 100083.China ABSTRACT The effects of Dy and Nb substitution on the formation,microstructrure and magnetic properties of Pr,FeB/a-Fe nanocomposites have been investigated.It was found that for Pr,FesB ribbons,the metastable Pr,FeB,phase occurs after the initial crys. tallization of a-Fe and prior to the formation of the finial mixture of Pr,FeB and a -Fe.However,no metastable phase was observed during the crystallization of Dy or both Dy and Nb substituted ribbons.The addition of both Dy and Nb can cause the significant improvement of the magnetic properties.
