摘要 生物结构仿生法一直以来都深受材料学家的关注,研究者也常常受大自然启发,创造出有利于 人们生存和发展的新型功能材料。受到某些具有较高光吸收性能的纳米蝶翅微观结构的启发,本 文主要研究和设计具有光热转换效率增强的纳米蝶翅多级结构材料。 目前商业化太阳能发电站的发电效率仅为14%左右,造成这种现象的最主要原因是太阳能电池 板表面存在着反射,这种反射带走了相当一部分的光能,因此本方案立足于制备出具有光热效应 的光吸收增强结构,增强太阳能的光热转换效率,挖掘其应用潜能,探索研究仿生功能材料对红 外波段的吸收和光热转换,提升太阳能利用的整体效率。本设计的一部分实验实验采取了电镀碳 化纳米蝶翅的方法,得到了均匀镀铜的纳米蝶翅,并通过和现有的其他仿生光热增强结构作比较, 表面样品微观形貌保持良好,且组分均一稳定,从而在样品制备层面上保证了进一步光热效应表 征效果。 本设计方案实现了较为经济、便捷、成功地制备有效增强光热转换效率的仿生结构的目标。这 种具有较高光热转换效率的多级结构材料,在未来的光电转换传感器、新能源、环保材料等领域 均有着较为理想可观的发展应用前景。 关键词:Seebeck效应,仿生结构模板,电镀铜蝶翅,表面等离子共振效应 ABSTRACT The Biological structure template method always attracts many material scientists'attention. Researchers are often inspired by nature and then they may create a new kind of functional material for people to live better and have a better environment for development.Inspired by some kind of butterfly wings which show a high light absorption performance,I do the research and design how to prepare photo thermal conversion efficiency enhanced hierarchical structures in this paper A low efficiency of commercial solar power plant station at only 14%is mainly cause by the reflection on the surface of the solar cell,causing a serious erosion of solar energy.This paper is based on the issue of how to manufacture photo thermal conversion efficiency enhanced hierarchical structures to increase the solar-thermal conversion efficiency and to use the potential value in application.In this experiment,a method of copper-plating on the carbonized wings of butterfly is designed to get a photo thermal conversion efficiency enhanced hierarchical structure.And through a comparison to other existing photo thermal conversion efficiency enhanced hierarchical structures,a conclusion can be draw that photo thermal conversion effect is successfully conducted in the aspect of manufacturing.
