浅谈利用微生物提高采油率 姜闯 (上海交通大学生命科学技术学院,上海市,200240) 摘要:在世界范围内,经过一次,二次采油两次常规采油之后的总采收率一般只能占地下原 油的30%~40%,遗留在地层的残余油仍然占60%70%,故如何提高采收率,从地下采出更多原 油,一直是世界上许多国家不断研究的课题。微生物采油是技术含量较高的一种提高采收率 技术,它包括一系列的生化、物理过程,微生物采油施工简单、成本低,是一种廉价有效的 采油技术,有望成为未来油田开发后期稳油控水、提高采收率的主要技术之一,而其中微生 物代谢产生的表面活性剂是提高采油率重要原因。 关键词:微生物采油、生物表面活性剂,展望 Microbial enhanced oil recovery Jiang Chuang (School of Life Sciences and Biotechnology,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Shanghai 200240,PR China.) Abstract:All around the world,the total recovery is generally only accounted for 30%40% of the underground crude oil after the first and the second conventional oil production,and legacy still accounts for 60%70%in residual oil formation.Therefore,how to improve the recovery rate and produce more oil from underground has been a research study for many countries in the world. Microbial enhanced oil recovery is a kind of technology to enhance oil recovery in high technical content that consists of a series of biochemical,physical process.Simple conduct and low cost is its advantage.Microbial enhanced oil recovery is expected to a main technology that can improve the oil stabilization,control water at the late stage of oilfield development,and improve the recovery rate.Surface active agents produced by microbial metabolism are important causes of enhancing oil recovery rate.
