The forced lubrication decreases in drawing force and the thick lubricant film between the die and a wire can be increased greatly.The surface lubricant weight and surface temperature of the wire are measured by using the divice of forced lubrication designed in this paper.The relation of drawing force with nozzle length and drawing speed is drawn.The experimental value and the theoretical formula can be used on the design of nozzle suitable length.
