Inter-industry Trade of Mainland China is still the main type compared with Intra-industry Trade, of which Vertical Intra-industry Trade covers more proportion. An empirical panel data study based on Gravitation Model of Trade shows that market size, income per capita, foreign exchange rate and FDi are important determinants of trade types.
