“绿色革命”与农业基因工程 古再丽努尔·麦麦提江 (上海交通大学农业与生物学院植物生物技术专业,上海200240) 摘要:绿色革命是从农作物的杂交开始,发展到今天应用现代生物技术将植物基因 进行转移、重组,让植物更好造福人类。而生物技术是利用生物或生物细胞组织的 特性和功能,结合工程技术原理进行加工或处理,为社会提供商品和服务的一门技 术。生物技术和绿色革命将会对全世界的重大课题一饥饿、疾病、能源、污染等 问题,提供切实的解决办法。人口的爆炸,能源、水源、资源的匾乏,以及耕地面积 的日益减少,所引起的尖锐矛盾,必将愈来愈多地依赖于生物技术的进步与绿色革 命,才能从根本上找到出路。 关键词:绿色革命;农业;优良品种;基因工程; "Green revolution"and Agricultural Genetic Engineering Guzailinuer.maimaitijiang (plant biotechnology,School of agriculture and biology,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Shanghai 200240,China) Abstract:The green revolution is from the beginning of the crops,the development of modern biotechnology to the application of modern biotechnology will plant genes for transfer,restructuring,so that plants better benefit mankind.Biological technology is the use of biological or biological cell tissue characteristics and functions,combined with the principle of Engineering Technology for processing or for the community to provide goods and services.Biotechnology and the green revolution will provide a practical solution to the problems of hunger,disease,energy,pollution and other major issues around the world.Population explosion,energy,water,the plaque resources spent, and cultivated land area decrease with increasing,caused by the sharp contradiction, will increasingly dependent on the progress of biotechnology and green revolution,in order to fundamentally find a way out.
