[5]Flemings,M.C."Scandinavia Journal of Metallurgy"2 (1973),P,217-227 A Model Study of Solidification With NH4 C1-H2O system Xu Cheng-xin Guan Yu-long Tao Shu-xia Abstracts The solidification process of steel ingots is simulated with an aqueous solution of NHCl-H2O system. The temperature distribution in ingots during solidification and the laws governing solidification process is stuclied with the solidification experiment of NH,Cl-H2O system.The resulfs of the experiment generally conforns to the theoretical calculations. Both the fluid flow pattern in the simularing mould and the formation process of the channels of macro-segregation are observed adopting colouring method.Meanwhile,the conclusion is reached that the utilization of Argon- blowing into the mould may affects the structure of the 2-phare zone and the formation of the Segregation channels. 129， 丫 ” ， 一 记 一 妹 一 一 ‘ 一 。 一 。 。 一 。 ， 一
