D01:10.13374j.isml00103x.2009.0B.B6 第31卷第3期 北京科技大学学报 Vol.31 No.3 2009年3月 Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing Mar.2009 低碳贝氏体钢在三种典型环境中的腐蚀行为和腐蚀产 物 崔雷 杨善武王树涛高克玮柳伟贺信莱 北京科技大学材料科学与工程学院。北京100083 摘要通过干湿循环加速腐蚀实验并结合X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能谱分析和N,吸附等方法研究了低碳贝氏体钢在用相 应溶液模拟的三种大气环境(海洋、工业和海洋工业大气)中加速腐蚀行为和腐蚀产物特征.实验结果表明.低碳贝氏体钢在 三种环境中的腐蚀速率均低于商业化耐候钢09 CuPCrNi..低碳贝氏体钢在上述三种环境中的腐蚀速率也有较大差别,其在含 有复合腐蚀因子(C厂和S0)的环境中腐蚀最为严重,而在只含腐蚀因子S0的环境中腐蚀程度最轻.在不同环境中形成 的腐蚀产物相组成差别很小,但锈层致密程度相差较大并且锈层越致密,对应的钢腐蚀速率越低.在三种环境中的腐蚀对钢 的拉伸力学性能的影响较小,说明没有产生严重的局部腐蚀 关键词低碳贝氏体钢:大气环境:腐蚀行为:腐蚀产物 分类号TG172.3 Corrosion behavior and corrosion products of a low carbon bainite steel in three kinds of typical environments CUI Lei.YANG Shan-wu,WANG Shu-tao,GAO Ke-wei,LIU Wei.HE Xin-lai School of Materials Science and Engimeering.University of Science and Technology Beiing,Beijng 100083 China ABSTRACT Wet-dry cyclic accelerated corrosion tests together with XRD.SEM,EDS and N2 adsorption technology were employed to investigate the corrosion behavior and corrosion products of a low carbon bainite steel.The steel was subjected to three kinds of at- mospheric environments i.e.marine environment.industrial environment and marine industrial environment which were simulated by corresponding solutions.It is found that the corrosion rates of the low carbon bainite stee are lower than that of the commercial weathering steel 09CuPCrNi in all the three kinds of environments The corosion rates of the bainite steelin the three kinds of envi- ronments are also different.In the environment containing both CI and SO the corrosion is the most serious w hile in the envirom ment only containing SO3 the corrosion is the lightest.The distinction of corrosion products in the three kinds of environments is ne- glectable while the compact degree of nust layers formed in different envimnments is obviously different.The more compact the rust layer is the lower corrosion rate the steel ex hibits.There is no serious selective corrosion in the bainite steel for the corosion has little effect on its tensile mechanical properties.
