It was put forward that during the construction of water resources projects , the temporal and spatial distribution of water resources should be fully considered and the scientific , economic and rational inter2 basin water transfer schemes should be employed so as to minimize the impact of inter2basin water transfer on ecological environment. According to the results of empirical analysis , it is suggested that the regional water supply system should be strengthened so as to improve its supply efficiency and relieve the regional water use crisis.
