The experiment of internal antic- bacteria effect showed that Norfloxacin eit her il jected into the fish at 1 mg/ kg or oral administration at 10 mg/ kg has the desired action such as improving the survival rate of infected fish. The effect of p harmaco kinetics research shows that the drug level in the fishs blood is upto 0. 2 Hg/ mL, during the course of taking drug mixed in diet 0. 75 h to 24 h. On the basis of the experiment, the administration of drug is established, that is, the dose orally is 10 mg/kg, at the intervals of 24 h for 5 times. The effect applied in production is good. The poisonous test, pouring impatientty Norfloxacin down the throat with Carp, shows LD5o>1000 mg/kg(96 h).
