This thesis did acom- parative analysis of seven Chinese 985 projects" universities constitution on internal political right, academic right, democratic management of teachers and students and supervision rights and found some problems as follow. the con- flict between the political leadership by the Party committee and the executive power of schoolmaster, the teachers a- cademic right is hard to display, the democratic management of teachers, and students and supervision rights have yet to be improved.
