D0I:10.13374/j.issn1001053x.1992.04.027 北京科技大学学提 第14卷第4期 Vo1,14No.4 1992年7月 Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing Ju1y1992 热轧Si-Mn双相钢冷拔后回复动力学特征 李胜利 田 琮 摘要：对冷拔形变热轧态低碳Si-Mn双相钢，经400~550C加热5min及30min后的 显微组织、力学性能以及回复动力学特征进行了研究。结果表明：冷拔形变75,2%的试验 钢，500℃时回复阶段的激活能与铁在a~Fc中的自扩散激活能数值大体相近。可以认为试验 钢在该祖度下30min加热时，回复过程受控于a-Fc中Fc的自扩散。 关键词：熱轧双相铜，冷拉钢丝，回复 Feature of Recovery Kinetics in Cold-Drawn As-Hot-Rolled Si-Mn Dual-Phase Steels Li Shengli·Tian Cong· ABSTRACT:By using TEM and tensile test,the feature of recovery kinetics in cold-drawn as-hot-rolled Si-Mn dual-phase steel was investigated,The results show that when the steel was heated for30 min ats≤500℃，only recovery process was occurred.Heated at 500C,the activation energies of recovery process of the steels are 187.9kJ/mol(stcel J)and 220.6kJ/mol(steel H)respe- ctively.These values are close to the self-diffusional activation energy of iron in a-Fe(239.7kJ/mol).It is considered that the recovery process at this tempc- rature is controlled by the self-diffusion of iron in a-Fe.
