532· 北京科技大学学报 2002年第5期 Influence of Ni/Co Ratio for LiCo,Ni-O2 on Electrochemical Performance OIU Weihua,LIN Chuangang,LI Zhimin,LU Zhongqin,HU Huanyu,HONG Jialing Laboratory on Solid State Ionics,UST Beijing,Beijing 100083,China ABSTRACT A series of LiNi-,Co,O2 (0<xs1)were synthesized by solid state reaction.The effect of Co" substitution on Ni"content was investigated by XRD and electrochemical techniques.It is shown that LiNioCoo2O2 has the best electrochemical performance,delivering specific capacities of 170-180 mAh/g and good over-charge resistance compared with LiNiO2.
