China Abstract: The residues of enrofloxacin and its metabolite in Jifu Tilapia and Penaeus chinensis were determined after a single oral administration at a dose of 50 mg/ kg for 7 days. The results showed that enrofloxacin was changed into ciprofloxacin in Tilapia and Penaeus chinensis. The concentration of enrofloxacin in muscle, liver and blood of tilapia were(3. 61 t1. 02)Hg/ g, (5.96 +2. 12)Hg/g, (1. 25 +0. 23)ug/mL, respectively. And the elimination half-life were 15.61 h, 16.83 h, 17 19 h, respectively. The maximal concentration of ciprofloxacin in muscle was(0. 22 t0. 06) Hg/g, and the elimination half-life was 67 3 h. The maximal concentration of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin in Penaeus chinensis were(1. 68+0. 41)ug/g, (0.066 +0. 03)ug/g, respectively, And the elimination half-life were 27.9 h, 33.6 h, respectively.
