论硏究一般数据来源多样、内涵丰富,容易得出新的概念;但同时,扎根理论硏究往往更加依赖硏究者本 人的经验与知识积累,要求研究者在描述和解释问题时参阅更多领域的文献。在结论可信度方面,扎根 理论硏究不像量化研究有较为明晰的信度和效度指标,研究结论是否被接受也要受到读者个人经验和 知识的影响。比如,判定“扎根理论硏究所建构的理论是否饱和”的依据,目前一般认为是“新收集到的 数据不能产生新的理论内涵”,因为新收集到的数据不能产生新的理论内涵这说明理论已经饱和,但无 法进行精准的判定,未来研究应该设法开发相关的判断标准 主要参考文献: l]Suddaby, R From the editors: W hat ground theory is not[ J].
