Stamen-petalody is a novel type of male sterility in non-heading Chinese cabbage. In this study, we cloned the full-ORF cDNA sequences of BrcERF-B3 from two non-heading Chinese cabbage lines and discovered that the nucleotide sequences of two BrcERF-B3 genes were identical between these two lines.
