Zhu Sirong, Zhou wanli, Feng Dong, Bi hunyuan, Feng Derong (Biology Research Institute of Shandong Academy of Science Biosensor Key Laboratory of ShanDong Province Jinan 250014) a blood glucose-lactate auto-analyzer was developed using techniques of immobilized enzyme biosensor and flow injection analysis. Automatic sampling is realized by using rotary sample tray and auto sample needle. The flow stop technique is used to increase response current of enzy me biosensor and improve measurement precision. The results showed that the deviations of replicate measurements were less than 2% for standard samples and the linearity of response for samples with different concentrations was good.
