Beijing Yuren Law Firm, Beijing 100045, China) Abstract: The standardized system of green mines mainly includes the central policies on green mines, the individual provisions in laws and regulations, departmental normative documents and green mines construction standards as the supplement to laws and regulations. Through the analysis of the four development stages and current situation of the standardized system of green mines, the paper finds that there are some problems in the system, such as insufficient of legal basis of administrative law enforcement, lack of local regulations, absence of national standards and inconsistency between the central government and the local governments on the prerequisites for the construction of green mines.
