D0I:10.13374/j.1ssm1001053x.1990.05.014 北京科技大学学报 第12卷第5期 Vol.12 No.5 1990年9月 Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing Sept.1990 混合对流圆柱形封闭空间 的等效导热系数及其应用 何评·俞昌铭 精要：以从热面向冷面传热址相同为条件，针对封附空间内其有混合对流及导热 问题引进了等效导热系数概念。以圆柱体熔体为背景计算了等效导热系热以及它与熔体空 间形状、R:数和G,数等因素之间的关系，对所得结果进行了物理的解释。这些结果对诸如 金属凝固、品体生长等向题的计算有一定参考价价。非将让算结果与砷化综单品生长过程 中实测数据进行对比，两者相当吻介。 关健词：等效导热系数，热面，冷而 Effective Thermal Conductivity and Its Application in the Combined Convective Cylindrical Enclosure He Ping'Yu Changming° ABSTRACT:On the basis of same heat flow between hot surface and cold surface,the concept of effective thermal conductivity is adapled to solve those problems which have combined convection and conduction in enclosure.The re- lations of effective thermal conductivity with the shape of cylindrical enclosure, Re number and Gr number are calculated,and all the results are explained phy- sically.Those results are available to solving the problems such as metal soli- dification and crystal crystallization ctc.The comparison is made between the calculating results and experimental data of GaAs crystal growth,and it is found that they are agreement.
