Increase gm by increasing W or VIN(DC portion or bias).Either way, Ip increases (more power)and VRD increases,which limits the voltage swing. 2. Increase Rp and keep lp constant(gm and power remain constant). But,VRD increases which limits the voltage swing. 3. Increase Rp and reduce lp so VRD remains constant. If Ip is reduced by decreasing W,the gain will not change. If Ip is reduced by decreasing VIN(bias),the gain will increase. Since Rp is increased,the bandwidth becomes smaller(why?).
