抗生素的应用和耐药菌的危害 关麟 (上海交通大学材料科学与工程学院,上海200240) 摘要:抗生素作为有效治疗由细菌真菌等微生物引发疾病的药物,以其少量高效, 针对性强等优势,为人类抵抗细菌感染做出了巨大的贡献,并且随着科技的发展, 其种类也越发多样,治疗的效果也越来越好。然而,在抗生素发展的同时,各种 微生物也在不断进化,耐药菌随着新型抗生素的使用也在不断地产生,近几年来 超级细菌也开始进入人们的视野。 然而抗生素不会因为耐药菌的产生而停止使用,它依然在各种疾病的治疗中 发挥着巨大的作用,只要注意抗生素的用量和使用种类,依然可以有效避免耐药 菌危害人体健康。本文将介绍抗生素的应用和管理办法,以及因滥用抗生素产生 的不良后果和耐药菌危害,帮助人们正确认识和使用抗生素,让其发挥出最好的 效果。 关键词:抗生素使用说明滥用耐药菌危害 Aplication of Antibiotics and Harm of Drug-resistant Bacterium Guan Lin (School of Material Science and Engineering,Shanghai Jiaotong University,Shanghai 200240) Abstract:As a kind of efficient drugs to treat illness caused by microorganism such as germ bacterium and fungus,antibiotics have the advantages of high efficience and pertinence,and makes contributions to the resistance to infected by bacterium.With the development of technology,their varieties are increasing and effect of treatment has been improving a lot.However,microorganism is evolving constantly with the update of antibiotics.And many drug-resistant bacterium appear when new antibiotics are used.
