D0L:10.13374折.issn1001-053x.2012.12.010 第34卷第12期 北京科技大学学。报 Vol.34 No.12 2012年12月 Journal of University of Science and Technology Beijing Dec.2012 转炉提钒终点钒的分配行为 甄小鹏谢兵区赵重阳黄青云 重庆大学材料科学与工程学院,重庆400044 ☒通信作者,E-mail:bingxie(@cqu.cdu.cn 摘要运用共存理论建立了钒渣活度计算模型,分析了钒渣成分和温度对渣中F0、V,0,活度及活度系数的影响:通过实 验和理论计算,分析了转炉提钒终点钒渣成分和温度对钒在渣和半钢间分配行为的影响.结果表明,渣中FO的活度和活度 系数随M0和Fe0含量的增加而增加,随V,0,、Si02和Ti02含量的增加而减小,其值分别在10~和10°的数量级上,而渣中 V20的活度及活度系数在同样条件下的变化与F0相反,其值分别在102和10的数量级上:半钢V的质量分数一般在 0.02%-0.06%之间,随温度以及渣中V20,、Ti02和Si02含量升高而升高,随F0含量降低而升高;V在渣金间的分配比为 100~500,随温度和渣中Ti02、Si02含量升高而降低,随Fe0含量升高而升高;存在一个临界V20,含量使得V在渣金间的分 配比达到最大,该值的理论计算结果为23.77%,实验结果在15%~20%. 关键词钒:过程控制:热力学:渣:活度系数:数学模型 分类号TF841.3 Vanadium distribution behavior at the end point of vanadium extraction by converter process ZHEN Xiao-peng,XIE Bing,ZHAO Chong-yang,HUANG Qing-yun College of Materials Science and Engineering,Chongqing University,Chongqing 400044,China Corresponding author,E-mail:bingxie@cqu.edu.cn ABSTRACT An activity model of vanadium slag was established according to the coexistence theory of slag structure.The influences of vanadium slag compositions and temperature on the activities and activity coefficients of FeO and V2O were analyzed based on the model.The effects of vanadium slag compositions and temperature on the distribution behavior of V between slag and semi-steel at the end point of vanadium extraction by converter were studied by experiments and calculation.It is shown that the activity and activity coefficient of Fe0,which are at magnitudes of 10and 10 respectively,increase with the increase of Feo and MnO contents but decrease with increasing V2O:,SiO,and TiO,contents in the slag:the activity and activity coefficient of V2O,,which are at magni- tudes of 10and 10respectively,show opposite trends compared with those of Fe under the same conditions.The mass fraction of V usually ranges from 0.02%to 0.06%in semi-steel,increases with the increasing of temperature and V2O,SiO:and TiO contents but decreases with increasing Fe0 content in the slag.The distribution ratio of V between slag and metal phase is in the range of 100 to 500,decreases with increasing temperature and SiO and TiO contents but increases while the content of Fe0 in the slag increases. There is a critical V2O content that makes the distribution ratio of V between slag and metal phase reach maximum,the theoretical value is 23.77%and the experimental one is from 15%to 20%.
