试管婴儿的是与非 白子叶 上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院 摘要：随着生物技术发展，试管婴儿为不孕不育的夫妇提供了生育的机会， 该技术有助于家庭和谐欢乐与社会稳定，并具有一定成功比例。然而试管婴儿却 面临着生物与伦理两方面的争议。首先，试管婴儿生存质量不能得到保证，且在 “孕育”过程中使母体容易受到损害：然而研究已经证明试管婴儿同自然生产儿 具有同等的生存质量，减胎术、胚胎诊断以及质量监控措施能够促进母婴健康。 其次，试管婴儿伦理角度争议更大，在胚胎地位、优胜劣汰、父母身份与代孕母 亲四方面产生混乱。因此如何规范试管婴儿技术存在争议。 关键词：试管婴儿，健康，伦理学。 The Controversy of Testtube Baby Ziye Bai The School of the International Public Affairs(SIPA),Shanghai Jiaotong University Abstract With the development of biotechnology,the In Vitro Fertilization(IVF)provides a rare chance of procreation for a sterility couple.This technology with some ratio of success promotes the family harmony and the social stability.However,the testtube babies are still faced with both biological and ethical controversy.First of all,the health and the intelligence of a test-tube baby cannot be guaranteed,and furthermore the mother is vulnerable in the process of"breeding"; However,studies have shown that the test-tube babies are healthy,the same as the natural produced babies.The reduction surgery,the embryos diagnosis and the quality control measures do promote the maternal and child health.Secondly,the IVF brings about more ethical disputes,including four aspects of confusion,the status of an embryo,the survival of the fittest,the parents of the identity and the surrogate mother.And Therefore it remains to be seen how to regulate the market and the ethics of the IVF.
