转基因食品安全性的研究进展 转基因食品安全性的研究进展 曹鑫 上海交通大学船舶海洋与建筑工程学院工程力学系 摘要 转基因食品的安全性在世界范围内备受关注,近年来已经成为公众争论的焦点。本文简 要综述了转基因食品的现状和安全性,并介绍了我国政府对转基因食品的态度。此外,还对 转基因食品的发展前景作了简要展望。随着国际间贸易往来及新型食品的飞速发展,国内外 各类食品安全事件接连不断,转基因食品的安全性问题也成为当今各国政府、消费者和科技 界广为关注的焦点问题之一,成为了国家公共安全体系中的一个重要组成部分。本文就转基 因食品对人类健康及生态环境可能存在的潜在危害进行了分析,并就有关转基因食品的安全 性争论进行了讨论。 关键词:转基因食品安全性食品安全 Advancement of the Safety of Genetically Modified Food Cao Xin School of Naval Architecture,Ocean and Civil Engineering SJTU Abstract:The safety of genetically modified food has become a worldwide concerned issue and a focus of controversy in recent years.The present situation and the safety of genetically modified food are summarized,meanwhile,the attitude of our government to genetically modified foods is introduced in this paper.Moreover,the future development of genetically modified food is forecasted.With the rapid development of international trade and creation of new types of food, global incidents involved of food safety have made a big splash in the news lately,which have brought the issue of genetically-modified food (GM food)to the forefront of governmental strategists,public consciousness,and scientists as well.Establishing a new procedure to regulate GM food becomes an important composition in national safety system.The present study assessed the potential harms of GM food on human health and ecological environments additionally summarized the recent controversial studies about the effects of GM food.
