On the contrary, green GDP and genuine saving can evaluate the national welfare more exactly, and they can also describe the sustainable development of nations or regions. Green GDP is introduced systematically in this paper. According to the state data of China 2000, the writer adjusts the gDP of every district in China and deduces its green GDP.
