( 2) 重熔前涂层与基体界面轮廓清晰,是以机 械结合为主的结合机制,重熔后基体和涂层材料相 互扩散使得在界面处产生了一条明显的白亮带,呈 冶金结合状态,结合牢固,可见感应重熔改善了涂层 的结合性能.
