第36卷第6期 河北农业大学学报 6 2013年11月 JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITY OF HEBEI Nov.2013 文章编号:1000-1573(2013)06-0001-05 盛铃期遮阴对棉花叶片光合特性的影响 刘连涛,孙红春,张永江,李存东 (河北农业大学/河北省作物生长调控实验室,河北保定071001) 摘要:为阐明遮阴对生育中后期棉花叶片光合性能的影响及其内在机理。在大田条件下,以‘银瑞361’为材料, 研究不同遮阴程度(0%,50%,80%)对盛铃期棉花叶片的叶绿素含量、光合响应曲线及荧光响应曲线的影响 结果表明:(1)遮阴提高了棉花叶片叶绿素含量,显著增加了叶绿素b所占比重;(2)随遮阴程度增加,棉花叶片 的最大净光合速率Pm=光饱和点(LSP)光补偿点(LCP)及暗呼吸速率(Rd)显著下降,表观量子效率(φ) 显著增加;(3)遮阴和高光强使棉花叶片的叶绿素荧光参数φ尸SⅡ、qP显著下降,光照强度超过1150gmo (m2·s)后NPQ和ETR开始下降。由此可见,遮阴提高了生育后期棉花叶片叶绿素含量,减少了暗呼吸消耗 对弱光产生一定生态适应性,但是遮阴降低了棉花叶片PS反应中心的光化学活性,使光合速率下降,导致光 合产物积累下降 关键词:棉花;光合特性;遮阴;盛铃期 中图分类号:S562.01 文献标志码:A Effects of shading on photosynthetic characteristics of cotton at full bolling stage LIU Liantao, SUN Hong-chun, ZHANG Yong-jiang, LI Cunrdong (Laboratory of Crop Growth Regulation of Hebei Province/ College of Agronomy, Agricultural University of Hebei, Baoding 071001, China) Abstract: This study aimed at disclosing the effects of shading at full bolling stage on photosyr thetic characteristics and inherent mechanism of leaves in cotton. The cotton plants were grown in the field under three light treatments(shading 0%, 50%,80%) in Baoding, and the re- sponse of chlorophyll, photosynthetic and light response curves of chlorophyll fluorescence were studied. The main results were as follows: (1)The results showed that shading could cause the increasing of chlorophyll concentration and improve the proportion of chlorophyll b 2)When increasing the shading, the maximum net photosynthetic rate Pnmax light saturation point (LSP), light compensation point (LCP)and dark respiration rate (Rd) in cotton leaf were decreased, the apparent quantum yield (p) was significantly increased. (3)The shading reatment and highlights decreased the quantum yield of PS lI linear electron(PS I), photo- hemical quench (gP), the norrphotochemical quenching (NPQ) and electronic transfer rate (ETR) decreased when the actinic light intensity was higher than about 150 umol/(m2.s) Therefore, Shading can improve the fertility of the late cotton leaf chlorophyll content, reduce the consumption of dark respiration to produce a certain ecological adaptability to low light and shading can lower the cotton leaf photochemical activity of PSii reaction center of the phe tosynthetic rate decline, leading to the decline of accumulation of photosynthetic products.
