96· 北京科技大学学报 2007年增刊1 Non-metallic inclusions in horizontal continuous casting tube bloom SHI Shaoqing),YIN Zhenjiang,LU Diwei,PENG Zisheng 1)Metallurgical and Ecological Engineering School,University of Science and Technology Beijing,Beijing 100083,China 2)Hunan Hengyang Steel Tube (Group)Co.Ltd.,Hengyang 421001,China ABSTRACT In view of the steel tube produced by "EAF-LF-VD-HCC"horizontal continuous casting process, micro and large inclusions in the steel before and after LF,after VD.in tundish and casting blank were studied by using optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,EDAX energy dispersive spectroscopy,electron micro- probe,electrolysis,tracer tracking and other analytical tools and methods.The results show that the relative numbers of tube steel micro-inclusions and macro-inclusions are 16.1 mm,and 214.6 mg-kg,respectively.
