概述 (一)药物动力学概念及其临床意义药物动力学(pharmacokinetics)亦称药动学,系应用动力学 (kinetics)原理与数学模式,定量地描述与概括药物通过各种途径(如静脉注射,静脉滴注,口服给药等)进入体内的吸收(Absorption)、分布Absorptonistributo《letabo1sn))、代谢(Metabolism)和排泄 (Elimination),即A.D.M.E过程的“量时”划化或“血药浓度经时”变化的动态规律的一门科学。药物动力学是一门较年青的新兴药学与数学间的边缘科学;是近20年来才获得的迅速发展的药学新领域
