Relationship between Tourist Motivation and Satisfaction of Chinese Female Tourists to Korea Wang Fang',Qiu Mengyuan2,Sha Run'3,Yang Yan' (1.School of Cultural Industry Tourism,Sanjiang University,Nanjing 210012,China:2.College of Geographic and Oceanographic Sciences,Nanjing University,Nanjing 210046,China;3.Department of Geography Science,Nanjing Normal University,Nanjing 210032,China) Abstract:Travel motivation and satisfaction of tourists has been the core issue of tourism research,But little research had the two into a model system in which to explore the relationship between women outbound travel moti- vation and satisfaction.This paper takes the Chinese female tourists who visit Korea for example,from the perspec- tive of behavioral psychology,analysis the relationship between the female's travel motivation and satisfaction by u- sing the quantitative and qualitative methods.The result indicates that there are multi dimension of travel motivation for Chinese female to visit Korea and these motivations have different intensity.The relationship between the inten- sity of multi travel motivation and tourists'satisfaction likes an inverted "U"curve.When the intensity of motiva- tion is too high or too low,the female tourists'satisfaction is relatively low,only when the level of motivation is ap- propriate,female tourists may have a high satisfaction.
