Management culture and art contain people's thoughts, ideas, will and emotions with individual, non-deterministic and non-quantitative nature. The natural sciences cannot objectively describe them. They can only be grasp through the deeply involvement and interpretation. Deep contextualization should never be simply interpreted as a‘rich context variables’, it means that researcher must move beyond the barriers of positivism and become an emic researcher. Emic research is a common requirement for all qualitative study which means we must study in the view of research subjects.
