Methods We observed the imaging and distribution of TCRy9/82(OT3-Fc in nude mice bearing tumor through labeling 99mTc. Meanwhile we observed the tumor growth and survival of nude mice with the treatment of TCRy 9/82(OT3)-Fc. Results In nude mice 9gmTc-TCRy 9/2(OT3)-Fc showed obvious binding ability with tumor tissue and it inhibited tumor growth in nude mice and prolong surv ival of mice.
