The location of social work is the interpreting of the ethic of social work and the traditional culture of China. We must lay emphasis on the differences in conception and notion between hem. and meanwhile. in order to establish the ethic of social work which is fitting for situation of china. also should we find the common elements between them In this article, the author not only differentiates the definitions of value theory morality and ethics, acknowledges the importance of the ethic of social work in social work, but also provides a proposal, that the ethic of social work and Chinese traditional culture should be better integrated. The first capital is forward, which describes the development of social work, importance of the ethic of social work and significance of integration of the ethic of social work and Chinese traditional culture The second capital defines the meaning of theory, morality and ethics and introduces the relationship and differences between them. The third and forth capitals explain the ethic of social work and Chinese traditional culture separately.
