高铁客运枢纽交通影响评价 吴键,胡军红,施佳佳 (南京工业大学交通运翰工程学院,江苏南京210009) 摘要:高铁客运枢纽是城市綜合交通节点,为保证城市交通合理有序运行,研究高铁客运枢纽对 城市交通产生影响的因素具有必要性。基于“节点一场所”理论,分析高铁客运枢纽对城市交通产生 影响的因素并以此作为指标构建评价体系,结合区间数描述与层次分析法,提出了高铁客运枢纽对城 市交通影响程度评价的区间数模糊评价方法。以镇江高铁客运枢纽为实例进行评价分析,镇江高铁客 运枢纽对其城市交通产生影响最大的因素是换乘条件和周边土地开发。建立合理的交通影响评价体系 并根据分析结果提岀相应对策,对于设站堿市更妤地承接高铁效应和更合理地利用高铁资源具有辅助 作用。 关锳词:高铁客运枢纽;“节点一场所”理论;交通影响评价;区间数模糊综合评价 中图分类号:U29 文献标识码:A 文章编号 The evaluation Of The Traffic Impact Of High-speed Rail Passenger Hub WU Jian, HU Junhong, SHI Jiajia College of Transportation Engineering, Nanjing Technology University, Nanjing 210009) Abstract: High speed rail passenger transport hub is the city's comprehensive transportation node, will have a certain impact on the city traffic. Taking Zhenjiang High-speed Railway Passenger Hub as an example, this paper evaluates and analyses it, and concludes that the most influential factors of Zhenjiang High-speed Railway Passenger Hub on its urban traffic are transfer conditions and surrounding land development.
