案主自决中的价值取向及案主自决的本土化思考 摘要:案主自决是社会工作的核心价值观,既是社会工作基本价值的体现,又是 解决实务过程中价值冲突和价值选择的重要手段。我们在探讨案主自决的问题 时,不仅要关注自决中涉及的价值冲突和价值介入,社工还要有保持价值中立的 职业操守,更要注意两种取向(过程取向、结果取向)。本文对于案主自决的含 义、分类及前提和意义进行了梳理,并对中西方视角下的案主自决做出了对比和 比较,探究了案主自决中涉及的价值中立和价值介入,最后基于两种取向,探讨 案主自决在中国的本土化思考。 Abstract: Self-determination of client in social work is the core value of the values in social work. It not only the basic values of social work but also a important measurement in solving the conflict and options in practical social work. When we face the problems related to self-determination, we should consider about the value conflict and intense involvement value between the client and social worker. Social worker must have the sense of value neutrality and put the process-oriented approach and outcome approach. This article definite the meaning, classification and premise of self-determination, we contrast the different view angle based on western and eastern philosophy.
